[Stingray’s Mini Expedition]
Published: 04th July 2025
Ever been on a mini expedition with Stingray?
It's okay if you haven't been on one. We are going to show you what it means to go on a mini expedition with us through this blog post!
First, make sure to have your bags packed for a — just kidding! Just ensure that you are comfortable and ready to read about our trip to setting up!
So now, we will begin the trip with a little unboxing process of the POS device that our customer has selected based on their preference, with suggestions and solution guidance provided by Stingray's sales team.
part 1: unboxing
Hmm... It's always important to make sure that you receive the correct set of items when they're delivered to you.
But hey! We are here to make sure that you get the correct and (definitely) the best setup ever!
Opening boxes and retrieving the bought goods is one of the best feelings ever (Hmm… maybe not for everyone, but definitely for Stingray!).
p.s. We also enjoy packing your delivery orders >_<
part 2: Setting up
After unboxing, it's time to assemble the parts of the POS device! But of course, we have to make sure that our POS System is downloaded on your POS device before we proceed to do anything else~
For example... Connecting the cash drawer to your POS device so that it'll pop out upon receiving payment from your customer <3
Moving one step closer to having a POS running in your restaurant now, innit?
part 3: Operating it
Concerned that the POS system will be hard to learn and operate? Making you hesitant to purchase one for your restaurant?
No worries — we’ve got you covered. FeedMe POS System is rather easy to learn and operate, making it one of the best choices for all food and beverage businesses.
Tips: Still new to POS and afraid that it'll be complicated? Give FeedMe a try and share your user experience with us <3
part 4: Training
After setting up everything, we provided front-end and back-end training for our clients. This will provide a better understanding for them regarding the use and operation of the POS system.
If you have any questions regarding how to use the software, feel free to ask us during this training session! We will try our best to solve all your uncertainties regarding the software.
Conclusion: That’s all from us! I hope you enjoyed reading it!
