Meet our client — 成都印象, While we setup their pos

Recently, we visited 成都印象, a new hotpot restaurant in town, to set up their POS system. With a POS system, your restaurant can be expected to operate smoothly.

Probably better than what you’ve expected!

But hey! Aren't you curious about what we usually do when we visit our clients? Let's take a look at the bits and bobs of our daily life!

Upon arriving at our client's business location, the first thing we do is unbox — the POS terminal, printers, and cash drawer. After unboxing everything, we would put them together and make sure that everything is linked to the POS terminal, completing the POS setup.

Note: All the components must be connected correctly to ensure a smooth operation of the POS. If any component is removed intentionally, please make sure to reconnect it correctly or contact us for support!

After the setup is complete, we will explain the use of the POS terminal and the importance of a Wi-Fi router in the setup, to prevent future crashes while operating.

Followed by that, they will set up the internal of the POS terminal by connecting it to the internet, ensuring that the POS System can run smoothly.

Note: Make sure that the POS terminal is always connected to a stable Wi-Fi Network, as the POS System will not be able to run smoothly without a stable internet connection.

After completing the internal setup, our technical team will provide detailed training regarding the front-end and back-end of the POS system. We will go through all the features included in the POS System and how all these features can be utilised.

Tips: If there's anything that you are unsure of while our technical team is providing the training, please don't hesitate to ask us! We will do our best to solve any doubts and uncertainties you have throughout the training session.

After the training session, clients can suggest any preferences they have regarding their POS, and we will help to sort it out.

For example: POS system layout, receipt layout, POS front screen display, printer settings, etc.

Tips: Try using the POS system on your own! Let us know if you face any difficulties while testing the POS system. We will guide you and help you understand how it works if you are not so sure about it.
